If the Sunday Daily Telegraph in United Kingdom is to be believed which I have no doubt Barack Obama will win the Democratic Presidential Nomination.
According to Senior Strategists for the Democratic Party as well as Senior Strategists from the Obama Camp the Campaign is now confident to have 120 Superdelegates out of the remaining 260 ready to support him. The Obama Campaign estimates that they'll only need 80-90 of those once the Primary Season has been concluded.
What's more interesting is that there is apparently a Deal in works to persuade Hillary Clinton to drop out of the Race. The ENTIRE Michigan & Florida Delegation WILL BE SEATED to get Hillary out of the Race.
When you saw FL Rep. Tim Mahoney how confidently he said that the FL Delegation will be seated it makes a lot of sense.
To let Voters decide or push their Candidate over the magic Number of 2.208 now with FL & MI the Obama Campaign is in works to slowly start enrolling those Endorsements and to end it by June 3rd.
The 20 Supers or so we saw to commit to Obama this week is part of the Strategy.
I must say that's a brilliant move by the Obama Camp. If they believe they need only 80-90 I could see that happen by June 3rd to push him over the top.
Huh, so it looks like there backing of from the plan to declare Victory May 20th. Instead they'll declare it June 3rd.
OBAMA 08
I was watching MSNBC a short while ago and according to now Obama Superdelegate Joe Andrew the Obama will announce new Supers on a Day to Day Basis until Oregon. It appears that they want that Oregon will put Obama close or even over the top. Well, we're waiting.
Rumors are circulating around that Barack Obama has a BIG!!! Endorsement tomorrow in Indiana.
Remember: The last time Obama had really bad Media Coverage Richardson stepped up to endorse him.
From Al Giordano
Al Giordano, on April 30th, 2008 at 9:51 pm Said:
From a source:
"the surrogate's first presser will be in Indianapolis at 10:45 a.m. From there he's flying to Louisville and then to Evansville.
He'll be meeting up with Obama tomorrow evening in Indianapolis for a joint appearance.
Obama is scheduled at two non-publicized events early in the day in Ft. Wayne (10:00 a.m.) followed by Columbia City..."
Hmmmm.
My guess: Either of the remaining IN Freshman or probably the currently unthinkable: Indiana Senior Republican Senator Richard Lugar.
Hillary Supporters got very excited about the Insider Advantage Poll.
Now here comes the real Poll:
Mason-Dixon North Carolina Poll
Barack Obama 49 %
Hillary Clinton 42 %
Undecided 9 %
conducted April 28-29/MOE 5.0
A bit of concern for us is that Local NC TV Station WRAL says Wright is dragging Obama down.
